Information

This section of the MGGS Website is for parents and students seeking advice on a range of matters to do with general school administration and organisation of the curriculum.

Recent letters sent home with students will be placed on this page.  At the end of each term these letters will be moved to the Archive area.

Don’t forget to inform the school office if you move house or change your telephone numbers, including your mobile phone number or your Email address.  It is important that we have up to date contact details for all students of the school.  Please make use of our Fax machine facility or the school office Email to update information if these methods are easier for you to use.  These contact details are available at the administrative link.

ParentMail

The school now has the facility to Email out to parents all student letters via ParentMail. This system will ensure that information and school letters are sent straight to you. The school would like all parents wherever possible with Email access to join this scheme. This will not only cut down dramatically the amount of paper used in the school but also the necessity of searching those bags at the end of the week for letters that were ‘forgotten’. If you have not already returned a completed ParentMail form then please contact the school office or click on the link below for a registration form.  We can register you immediately with ParentMail.

As of July 2010 - 91% of parents are currently registered with ParentMail

If you have not already registered in school for ParentMail and would like to do so click here for a registration form. Return the form to school and we will register you immediately.
