ParentMail 2 and +Pay is used as a means of communication with parents and carers of students of the school. ParentMail 2 ensures that all information and school letters are sent straight to you. The school would like all parents and carers wherever possible with email access to join this scheme. This will not only dramatically cut down the amount of paper used in the school but also the necessity of searching those bags at the end of the week for letters that were ‘forgotten’.
The payment of trips and visits, revision books and equipment can be carried out electronically via +Pay.
Existing Parents and Carers of Students of the School
You are already registered with ParentMail 2 but to use +Pay you will need to activate your account.
Go to the ParentMail 2 log in page enter your email address, which the system will recognise, and add a random six digit password, the system will then ask you to activate your account with a new password.
New Parents To the School
In order to use +Pay you are required to register with the system. When your daughter joins the school you will be sent a letter containing a unique registration code. Access the ParentMail 2 log in page and click ‘create an account’ then follow the on screen instructions to register.
