A message from Kooth:

With the Summer holidays fast approaching, here at Kooth, we appreciate there will be some young people who may struggle during the holidays without access to the daily pastoral support, trusted adults and friends that the school community provides. 

A reminder that Kooth.com is a free, safe and anonymous mental health and wellbeing service commissioned for all young people aged 10 – 25 years old in Kent & Medway. Available without referral or waiting lists until 10pm each night, 365 days per year, it provides a much needed out of hours service for advice and help.
