Fish Filleting Workshop with Cucina
Mr McKenzie, Master Chef from Cucina worked with our Year 10 Food & Nutrition students for a fish filleting workshop this week. The students had their hands full filleting the fish!
The students learnt how to fillet, cook and present a fish dish from scratch using knife skills such as julienne for garnishing and chargrilling lemons. The end result looked mouthwatering. We look forward to seeing the students applying this valuable skill for their final GCSE non-examined assessment 2.
