In preparation for their forthcoming non-examined assessment task, year 10 have been busy whipping up a storm in the kitchen. Students have created a range of dishes utilising a range of high level technical skills from pasta and pastry making to emulsifications and gelatinisation. Students worked exceptionally well and produced an array of outstanding results, here’s just a small selection of the mouth watering dishes on offer!
