GCSE Food & Nutrition: Sea Bass Masterclass Success!n

GCSE Food Preparation and Nutrition students recently partook in   a masterclass, learning how to fillet a sea bass. Students were shown how to cut firstly under the gills, remove the fillets from the spine and then how to extract any small bones that remained.  Filleting a fish is a high level skill that is not easy to master.  However, students did a brilliant job and were able to shallow fry their fish, learning how to cook it to perfection.  Well done Year 10!
