Harriet C’s Young Journalist Competition Success… Update!

Following Harriet in Year 8 at MGGS winning the BBC Young Journalist Competition, she was invited last Wednesday to help edit the piece and watch the news going out live from the gallery!

Harriet’s report was aired on Thursday, 12th September on Newsroom South East at 6.30pm.   It is also being made into a radio report and an online story.   

Harriet’s report was filmed at the Fresh Start for Hens rehoming day on the 31st August.   Harriet did really well and interviewed other volunteers and people rehoming hens that day.  As well as helping catch chickens and health checking them!
