Library Winners from Term 6!

At the end of the academic year, all outstanding books were recalled to the Library. Every class who returned 100% of their books by the 15th July were put into a prize draw to have brunch in our Library on the last day of term. In total 22 forms had clear accounts at the end of the day and using a wheel of fortune 12V were determined the winners and enjoyed their brunch!

 

Also, during Term 5 and 6 every student who completed a book review was entered into a raffle to win a new book for the summer. There were over 100 reviews! The draw took place on Tuesday, 16th July in front of a keen audience waiting for their names to be called… as the winning ticket fell to the floor everyone held their breath in anticipation, Mrs Vaughan opened the ticket and called the name – Emily C, 7C. Emily chose a copy of WINK by Rob Harrell, a story about surviving school with one eye open.
