MGGS Mental Health Awareness Week
The Big Walk
To help mark Mental Health Awareness Week, students enjoyed going for a walk in the fresh air during form time. Doing some exercise in the fresh air helps with our mental wellbeing in so many ways, it helps to:
- improve your mood
- reduce feelings of stress or anger
- help you take time out and feel more relaxed
- improve your physical health
- improve your confidence and self-esteem
Please see the ParentMail regarding a wellbeing service called Kooth. Kooth is designed to support the wellbeing and resilience of young people and is available for 10-25 year olds in Kent.
