Parental Resilience – MIND – free 3-week course starting 5th June

This is a free, 3-week course designed to share the techniques our own team use when supporting young people. Over the sessions, you’ll have the chance to learn how to use these skills for yourselves so you can be more confident in supporting your own child’s mental health. The course will also include ways you can practice self-care and look after your own wellbeing.
