Reaching New Heights: Roofs, Rooms & Rapid Progress!

Last week saw key structural advancements with much of the second-floor framework completed.

This Week’s Highlights: Exciting developments are unfolding! With most second-floor walls now erected, Baxall is moving full steam ahead, installing roof cassettes and finishing off remaining walls and roof parapets.  On the ground level, the Plant Room and PE store have been screeded, and brick-slip cladding brackets are now being fixed to external walls.  Inside, fireproof boarding is progressing steadily on ground and first floor steels and soffits.

Up Next: Mechanical (plumbing) and electrical installation starts Monday — a big leap forward for the building’s inner workings!
