This term, students in the Year 10 Food and Nutrition class have been covering the topic of Food choice. Students have been looking at a range of culinary skills from British and International cuisine alongside technical and presentational skills. Following on from this, the students used their knowledge of Italian cuisine and worked independently to create pasta and their choice of sauce from scratch. The final pasta dishes looked mouthwatering and demonstrated excellent skills and the use of a range of ingredients.
