Year 10 Trip to Reims
Last Wednesday, 40 Year 10 students braved the rain and cloudy weather for a 4 day full immersion in France. They discovered the Champagne region and its capital city, Reims. After a didactic visit to one of the world famous beverage factories, including a 20 metre underground tour of its warehouse, the group spent some time in the streets of Reims, admiring the famous cathedral. The next day, they discovered what a French school looks like (Collège Paulette Billa) and met their pen pal before bowling together later in the day. Finally, they enjoyed a day in Disneyland Paris. Everyone returned exhausted but with a big smile on their face!
Thanks to Mrs Bassett, Mrs Conroy and Miss Hartley for supporting the trip.
