Year 11 Update – Maidstone Grammar School for Girls

Year 11 have had a busy term, which has largely focused on completing their GCSE examinations.  We are extremely proud of the hard work they invested over the year and wish them all the very best for their results in the summer.  We were also delighted to welcome back our own Year 11 students and our external applicants into school on 6th July for Induction Day.  It was wonderful to be able to have everyone in school for this busy day again after two summers of virtual events, and the students were able to attend taster lessons, discuss transition to Key Stage 5 and meet the Student Leadership Team.  We are very much looking forward to celebrating their achievements and welcoming Year 11 into the Sixth Form in September as our new Year 12.  Mrs Shave, Head of Study Year 11
