Year 8 Food & Nutrition – Modified Bread Rolls
This term students in Year 8 have been learning how to make different types of bread and have been understanding how to adapt their recipes using a range of different herbs and spices. The results have demonstrated students abilities in successfully manipulating ingredients whilst applying a theoretical knowledge of how to adapt taste and flavour to suit personal preferences. Here are some examples of the amazing work they have created, not just looking at adapting the taste but also developing their skills in food presentation as well. Well done Year 8!
