Year 9 Stitch a Greener Tomorrow! MGGS DT Joins Nottingham Trent University’s ‘Fashion Fictions’ Project

Our very own Design Technology Department has been selected to collaborate with Nottingham Trent University on their ‘Fashion Fictions’ for Children Project. We have been piloting some of their lesson activities whilst adding our own ideas and ways of working. Students have engaged thoroughly in the thinking processes, which are designed to encourage a positive mindset and actions for a more sustainable ‘fashion future’. Fashion Fictions encourages questioning fast fashion and how small changes can have a huge impact on creating a sustainable future.
