Year 7 Irish Soda Bread Baking

7J have been kneading all afternoon long making their Irish soda bread. This bread doesn’t use any yeast, and instead relies on baking soda and sour cream which, when combined, releases CO2.  Best enjoyed with a big bowl of hot soup anda layer of salted butter!
