Miss Stanley’s End of Year Message…

We have had a very busy academic year. This term has been especially busy with numerous school trips, events in school, as well as the 15 to Finish Campaign. I am very grateful to Mrs Brewer and the Sixth Form students who led on this Campaign. Thank you to every student, parent and member of staff, as well as those in the wider MGGS community who contributed to the Campaign. We raised over £136 000, which will all go to enhancing the educational experience our students have.

We are looking forward to being able to use the new building from early in 2026.

At the end of this term, we are saying goodbye to a few colleagues. Mr Martin and Miss Sindall have both gained promotion and we wish them all the best in their future careers.  Mr Higgins is retiring, as is Mr Collins.  Mr Cheung will be starting university and Mrs Lucas and Miss West are moving into new careers.  We wish them all well for the future.

I trust that each and every student and their family have a restful and happy summer holiday. Term starts again on Tuesday, 2nd September.

Miss Stanley, Headteacher
