Developing Designers of the Future: Year 11 Product Design in the Spotlight

Year 11 product designers have continued to develop their skills as part of their non-examined assessment work.  There are some fantastic products being produced, all made to assist with helping around the home. Products range from storage, to medication dispensing aids, products for specific music interests, to seating – there is something for everyone! Students have been working incredibly hard to turn their ideas into real life objects that serve a functional purpose. Getting to grips with how design works in industry, including working with a specific client, demonstrates the process of high-level designing whilst developing the designers of the future.
