🚀 Building Momentum with Baxall 🏗️ – Structure Takes Shape!

Following on from last week’s progress, where the first-floor walls were completed and roof cassettes were underway, momentum on site remains strong. This week, the second-floor walls and roof cassettes are virtually complete, marking a major step forward in the structure. Staircase 1 has now been installed from the first to the second floor, bringing new vertical access and giving a clearer sense of the building’s final form.

Fire boarding continues on both the ground and first floors, supporting the internal fit-out, while the mechanical and electrical installation has now commenced, signalling the start of vital services integration.

Baxall are continuing to drive the build forward with precision and energy. With the shape and structure rapidly emerging, each milestone brings us closer to a finished building we can all be proud of—exciting times lie ahead.
