Black History Month

In the last two weeks assemblies have been delivered to all year groups on the topic of Black History Month, the reasons why it is celebrated and ways to explore and learn about the positive contributions made by people with a BAME cultural heritage. Students have been encouraged to further their education, to read widely because ‘in the age of information ignorance is a choice.’ Well done to all our Diversity Ambassadors for their hard work preparing the materials and delivering them in assembly.
