Bronze DofE Expedition
On the weekend of the 4th-5th May 102 Year 9 students completed their Bronze Practice D of E Expedition.
We were very lucky with the weather and had two dry days, although it was very chilly overnight! On the first day students pitched their tents, learnt how to cook on stoves and practised their navigation skills. The students completed their expedition walk on the second day successfully
Congratulations to all the Bronze students, and we look forward to the qualifying in June! A special thank you to Scott at Adtrex and his team of assessors!
We also want to say Good Luck to our Gold and Silver D of E teams who will be completing their qualifying expeditions over half term!
