MEGA Day: A Celebration of Curiosity, Challenge and Creativity at MGGS

Our latest MEGA Learning Day was a fantastic showcase of what makes the MGGS curriculum so special. Across the school, students immersed themselves in activities that brought the MEGA principles to life – Mindset, Enrichment, Google, Advanced Thinking, and Extension – and it was inspiring to see these values woven through every lesson visited during our Learning Snapshots too.

Students engaged with a wide range of digital and electronic platforms, exploring how different tools can enhance understanding, support revision and deepen learning. It was particularly positive to hear students reflect thoughtfully on their revision habits and how technology supports them in becoming more confident, independent learners.

The day highlighted the enthusiasm, curiosity and high aspiration that define MEGA Learning at MGGS. From problem-solving tasks to creative challenges, from analytical thinking to collaborative work, MEGA Day demonstrated the vibrant learning culture our students thrive in.
