PSHE Day 1 … Students RISE to the occasion!

Our first PSHE Day of the year was a fantastic success, setting the tone for an exciting year ahead! Each year group had the chance to dive into important themes, workshops, and activities.

Year 7 spent the day building life skills, finishing off with an exciting team challenge to create the tallest free-standing structure – a fantastic way to put their teamwork into practice!

Year 8 explored diversity and equality, taking part in a series of thought-provoking activities designed to broaden perspectives and celebrate inclusivity.

Year 9 prepared for the wider world with the help of the Royal Engineers, who delivered a dynamic team-building activity that everyone thoroughly enjoyed.

Year 10 focused on careers, developing key skills to prepare them for the future – with time to relax and reset with board games in the afternoon.

Year 11 also looked ahead, reflecting on their own futures and enjoying the chance to wind down with some creative friendship bracelet sessions.

Year 12 had a careers-based day too, balancing serious preparation with some lively benchball to keep minds and bodies active.

Finally, Year 13 took part in a fascinating programme exploring faith in the UK, with a range of inspiring speakers, including our very own Mrs Kaur ,who gave real insight into this important topic.

A brilliant start to our PSHE programme this year – full of energy, learning, and creativity. We can’t wait for the next one!
