PSHE Day 3

Our latest PSHE Day was another engaging and varied one, with each year group taking part in activities designed to support wellbeing, awareness, and preparation for the future.

Year 7 focused on friendship and positive relationships, thinking about what makes a good friend. They also enjoyed a calming wellbeing origami session, giving them time to relax and reflect.

Year 8 spent the day developing their understanding of cyber awareness, alongside practical first aid sessions and a relaxing yoga workshop that proved very popular.

Year 9 had a day centred around the NHS, starting with talks from two guest speakers who shared their experiences and gave students a real insight into the work they do.

Year 10 exploredcareers and personal development, with positive discussions about respect, equality, and making good choices as they grow and move forward.

Year 11 enjoyed a careers-focused day, taking part in extremely helpful mock interviews with past alumni and industry experts. They also got stuck into cooking, making a coconut daal and having fun trying to flip a flatbread!

Year 12 contemplated ethics, with a particular focus on animal rights, encouraging students to think carefully, share ideas, and consider different viewpoints.

Finally, Year 13 concentrated on careers and exam strategies, helping them feel confident and prepared as they approach the next stage of their journey.

Another successful PSHE Day full of learning, reflection, and memorable moments.
