🚧 Building Progress 🏫🔧🧱 Building Progress Update – Another Busy Week on Site! 🚧

Work continues apace on the Helen Keen Building, with great strides made both internally and externally:

Ground Floor – Cupboards are now in place under the stairs,  Mechanical & Electrical 1st and 2nd fix works are progressing well, ceiling grids are being installed, and the kitchenette is taking shape.

First Floor – Mechanical & Electrical 1st and 2nd fix works continue, pipe-lagging has begun, and vinyl flooring has been laid in the Science Labs.

Second Floor – Vinyl flooring has been installed in the toilets, carpentry works are advancing, and decoration works are ongoing.

Externally – Roof ductwork is underway, brick-slips are virtually complete with pointing progressing well, rainwater pipes are being installed, and scaffold striking has commenced on the east (railway) elevation.

Each week brings us closer to the finished building – we’re excited to see these details taking shape and can’t wait to share more soon!
